EnGarde DYNEEMA® insert Level III
The EnGarde DYNEEMA® Level III insert consists of 100% DYNEEMA®. The insert is 3D curved and can withstand multiple hits and grenade shrapnel. The insert has positive buoyancy and therefore floats on water. This insert gives a Level III protection in conjunction with (ICW) a Level IIIA vest. If you already have a vest which allows 10” x 12” plates to be inserted EnGarde USA offers you the possibility to order just the NIJ Level III inserts. The inserts are 0.88" thick.
Stops all pistol/revolver/SMG projectiles and all rifle projectiles according to NIJ III. It will also stop all existing hunting projectiles up to 9mm. Also stops US/NATO M855.
